When you sign up to your first course, you will create an account here at OneClick Training. This account will then store all your information so you don’t have to keep entering it for future course enrolment. Once signed up, you can simply sign up to new courses in just a couple of clicks.

OneClick Training was originally founded in 2013. We are a UK based company, operating on a global mission. To enable people to learn new topics with just a few clicks. Our website is primarily a teaching website, with members (students) being able to sign up to courses. You are free to sign up to any course, at any time (given it is available). We take great pride in teaching children and adults alike, worldwide from over 50 countries and we currently host content to nearly 2,000 students online.

Even after founding OCT back in 2013, we still used Udemy as our base platform for our courses. However, as time went by, for a huge number of reasons, we shifted from Udemy and built our own platform.

This gives us more creative control, more freedom for our content and much more interaction with our students. With Udemy, we were ‘locked down’ and had limited access to analytics, important marketing information and the ability to communicate effectively with our students.

Now we operate on our own custom platform (our websites) we can deliver you a much more tailored, personal and professional service.

No. OneClick.Training is our main website for our learning courses. Courses you can sign up to, to learn a specific goal or achieve a certain milestone in a given topic (ie: build a Space Shooter game). These courses are built and designed to teach you from A-to-Z on a specific topic and to achieve a certain goal, or set of goals.

However, we also do a lot more than this. We also run Academy websites where we teach topics and subjects on a much bigger and broader scale. The Academy websites are packed with much more content as they provide a more open approach to learning.

If you are already signed up to a course, then two things. Firstly, please contact the instructor for that course with your query. You can contact them via the Course Hub page for that particular course. If this fails without resolution and you are a member (student) then go to your account and create a support ticket.

If you are not a member (student) then please visit our support page for more options on direct support.

Sure you can! If you are already enrolled into one of the courses listed on our website, over at Udemy, message your instructor over at Udemy and they will grant you access here. You will still be able to access your content over at Udemy for the foreseeable, however, we recommend for the long-term, you sign up to OCT and transfer over here.

Billing

Answers to common billing queries.

Transactions on OneClick Training website are handled and processed securely by Stripe™. Rest assured, as long as you see the green padlock in your address bar on the page you enter any details, the connection between our server and Stripe’s server is secure and encrypted.

Stripe™ is our Payment Processor. They are the number one payment processor used by millions of companies around the world for online transactions. They are safe, secure and reliable. We have used them for 4 years on OneClick Training and the ClickFusion Academy and have yet to run into any issues.

This could be for a number of reasons. First of all, you need to check when the course you signed up to ‘goes live’. Most courses on OCT are instant access, meaning the course material is ready and you can access it as soon as you enroll. However, some courses are ‘live’ courses taught by tutors and are a set period.

If you believe this not to be the case for the specific course, or something else went wrong, open a ticket or email us.

Most of the courses on OCT are lifetime courses, meaning you will get lifetime access to that particular course from when you sign up. However, some courses may have expiry times or limited access. You can easily check these details on the specific page for that course listed under courses.
