How we protect your data

We have several setups in place on our website to protect your data.

Firstly, all pages are viewed in https (ssl) which is a secure socket layer. This provides strong encryption between your client (web browser) and any data sent to our website (server) and vice versa. You should always ensure the green padlock is showing in your address bar for any pages where you enter personal data. If this is not the case, please report this directly to us via email.

Secondly, we use loginizer which is a software enabling us to detect if someone is trying to login by bruteforcing your account details. We will be notified of this and should any breach occur, we will let you know within 24 hours. We recommend that you use a completely new and different password for OneClick Training than any other website, just so you know your password is unique for your account.

Thirdly, we have hardware firewalls in place to ensure our server and website doesn’t get continuous and repeat logins or attempts of DDOS. However, nothing is fool proof. In such an event of an attack, we will be notified instantly and we have full manual control over our servers both remotely and physically at the datacentre. If any attack(s) occur, you will be notified via email within 48 hours, once it has been logged.

Your credit and/or debit card details are not stored on our servers or website databases. Your card details are securely processed by Stripe and all details are held on Stripe’s servers. The only data we hold is what id described above (name/address/email/bio/profile picture) and we hold invoice data to liaise with Stripe (match up payments/invoices)
